What’s Up?

A curious bug summits a flower in order to see what’s on the other side. Turned out to be me.
Autumn Slopes

Aspen march up the sides of snow-dusted mountains, their golden leaves waving boldly in the breeze.
Creepy Rosie

Even my husband had to admit that his darling little girl kitty looks pretty frightening from this angle.
Stamen

This photo of a claret cup is one that I have long wanted to post but couldn’t because the automatic background chooser on my old phlog wouldn’t do it justice. Finally, finally I can put it up.
I’ve Moved!

Thanks for following me to my new home on the internet! Although it happened behind the scenes, I’ve actually been planning this move for quite a while. I still have a lot to do, such as updating links within the posts, but I just couldn’t wait any longer for the unveiling. The rest of the site, including a new home for my regular blog, should be ready soon if all goes well. Playing with Pixels, however, was my first priority.
If applicable, please don’t forget to change any links you may have. The new site address is http://www.caryncaldwell.com/photos. The feed address is http://feeds.feedburner.com/carynsphotos. If you had been using the Feedburner subscription, no need to change the feed address. This includes anyone who has subscribed using email delivery.
If you have any questions about the new site, I’d love to hear from you.
Pine Tree Arch

One of my favorite memories from my teenage years was sitting back in this area of Arches National Park with my mom one morning. She asked me where I would be if I could be anywhere right then, and afterward confessed that she would be right where we were.
