Lovely flower, I like the diagonal placement. The background is wonderfully out-of-focus, but perhaps a bit too bright.

Thanks for the comment, Harry. I actually upped the brightness because I really liked it. I found it eye-pleasing and liked what it did for the bokeh. Everyone has opinions, though.

So that’s what those flowers are called! The Penstemon are coming on here this week as well…. just as the Lupine are fading. Such a great year for wildflowers.
