This is the third in a series of three posts where I applied radically different treatments to the same photo. (Click here and here to see the first two.)
Processing: I applied the Pioneer Woman action Vintage.
Love the different treatments. I’m amazed at the different moods they evoke/create. I suppose my favorite is the first – as it’s the ‘happiest’..but this last one has a wonderful feel to it too!
@Marcie, Isn’t it crazy how just a little tweaking (or a lot) can make the same picture so different? It’s one of the most fun parts of processing, I think – seeing how a photo evolves and changes.
Well, I like all of the treatments but I think the final two were my favorite. This one may be the top for me. I like the sparse nature of the image with this treatment. Plus, it almost has a creepy quality to it, which I, of course, love.
I’m loving all these different opinions! Like some of you, I think the first one is probably my favorite, but my husband liked this one best. And I’m always a fan of black-and-white treatments, so posting the middle one was an easy decision.

Caryn, you’ve done a great job showing different techniques impact on an image. Well done. I think the first one is my favorite.

@Len Saltiel, Thanks! It’s been a fun experiment, and not one I’ve done before.

this one I love better than the B&W, but still not sure to compare it with the color one.

Beautiful series and I’m amazed how different they all look although it’s the same picture.
