About me:
I am an aspiring author who is currently hard at work submitting my third novel for publication, revising my fourth, and writing my fifth. In my spare time I manage a paying job, a house, a husband, and three cats. My other interests include but are not limited to: photography (obviously), reading; writing; hiking; white water rafting; quilting; gardening; and, of course, spending time with my friends and family (and those cats). You’ll eventually find them all — among many other subjects — mentioned and/or pictured on either Playing with Pixels or my regular blog.

About Playing with Pixels:
My photos primarily center around nature photography, including landscapes, macro shots, and some wildlife. My subjects are mostly located in the mountains and deserts of the southwestern United States, although I take my camera with me when traveling to other locales. I post a new photo every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I am currently using a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W55, but have ordered a Nikon D-60, which should arrive on Monday. (Yes, I’m counting down the days.) I process all photos using Photoshop 6.0.

It’s really easy, and you’ll be one of the first to know any time I post something new (hint: every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!) Want even more? Stop by my regular blog!
