Best. Winter. Ever.
NOT from the archives! Crocus buds and, below, tulip greens in our backyard. Taken yesterday morning. It’s a tradition of mine to take photos of the first crocuses, to celebrate and document the end of winter and arrival of spring. The tulips were just a bonus.
Single Bloom
Another one from the archives (obviously)! Whenever I find myself in the mood for a little spring color I start playing with old flower photos. This one was from this past summer, and was taken near Mancos, Colorado.
Golden Leaf

Yay! Flowers! From my archives, obviously. I wanted to work on a subject that isn’t brown. This cheered me right up.
