Backlit Apricot Tree

Apricot tree in our backyard, backlit by the morning sun. This is a new thing for me, as I haven’t played much with backlighting and sun flare. It was a fun experiment that I would definitely try again.
Apricot Blossoms

Taken in our backyard. Processed with Pioneer Woman’s Seventies action.
I also played with my photoblog theme a little this past week. Nothing drastic, but I like it better. (New background and link colors, new icon, etc.) I just did a HUGE re-design on my regular blog, and couldn’t stop without bringing some of the elements over to this blog, too.
Rain on Cactus Flower

Raindrops rest on a cactus flower. Found along the banks of the San Juan River.
The Little Colorado

The Little Colorado River (leading into the Grand Canyon). And, yes, it really is that color.
